I think the punishment doesn’t fit the crime, what she did is a mistake, a misdemeanor or community service is better than a full 2 year prison sentence,

What she did is not criminal behavior it is neglect, people who rob stores and steal get 2 years usually, this is a promising upstanding contributing member of society who made a mistake. She should not be in jail

She should get community service and a fine.

This is nothing more than an attempt to ruin a black life out of hatred for the black race. Indeed if this was a white woman there would be no jail time considered.

A jail record is suicide for blacks in the job market. The judge knows this well and just killed this young lady’s job potentials.

Anyone who defends this judge actions regardless if they are doing so out of hate or just their opinion they are dangerous to black people because if this type of thinking catches on blacks will find yourself jailed 2 years for jay walking and it will be worse than it already is for blacks in the justice system. It’s bad now but it will be even worse with this.

Anyone who supports this judge is in the same bandwagon we don’t make distinctions if it’s just honest opinion or hatred of blacks, because this goes beyond opinion it’s about survival for blacks. Anyone having an idea or opinion that harms us is dangerous to us, trying to seperate the racist from the honest opinion on a subject is useless because at the end of the day both sides (honest opinions against blacks and racist) will have blacks locked up for years.

These type of people and people who think like them are dangerous to black folks. Don’t bother mentioning “I’m not racist but” cause it don’t matter. If your opinion is that jail time for this woman is good then you made your choice and blacks should stay far away from you, no discussion or debate needed

Two years is extreme but a penalty was called for or you all think because other acts of cruelty have resulted in little or no punishment she should walk? Two wrongs do not make a right unless you are Jewish then okay.

lol yeah that was in my state and i didnt hear anything about her losing her cpl either and ive known black people who lost their right to carry just because it wasnt properly concealed.i dont know if she lost it but the news didnt mention it.
