Abuse chronicled over his entire tenure at Indiana and probably longer, but perhaps unreported. Knight made a career out of coaching young meloanoid talents but at their expense as he is what is known in sports as a “yeller” a coaching style that uses intimidation and often berates its players. PJ Carlesimo, who once coached the Golden State Warriors and the Portland Trailblazers, was often described as a coach that used that particular style. Latrell Sprewell can certainy attest to that. Unlike the Bobby Knight choking incident, Sprewell back in ’97 wasn’t hearing any of it one day in practice and had to have his fingers peeled from around Calesimo’s neck. Sprewell has gone on record about the racism that he experienced while playing for Golden State back then, including Carlesimo allegedly calling players “niggers”.

The idea that these sports teams, college and professional, operate as a sort of glamorized plantation is not new and explains everything that we may hear past and present about melanoid athletes’ adversities.

Which brings us back to Bobby Knight and his endorsement of Donald Trump as a presidential candidate. It stands to reason that since White supremacists openly endorse Trump’s candidacy, the green light has been given to all of the fringe and part-time suspected supremacists like Bobby Knight.

Understand, the support that you see is not for the candidate Trump. Instead it’s for the seemingly supremacist ideals that he espouses. The supremacists have been wringing their hands together in hopes of supporting a candidate like Trump. Bobby Knight is no different from the rest.
