At the time, the terrorist and white extremist who killed nine innocent Melanoid victims was only known to be a white male, but here is more detailed information on him:

His name is Dylann Storm Roof, and he is indeed a white male, 21 years of age. He is 5’9″ tall and weighs 120 pounds. He drives a dark colored 2000 Hyundai Elantra GS with SC tag number LGF-330.

As you can see from the mugshot below, he has a history with breaking the law. He is still at large, and is considered to be armed and dangerous.
