The race soldier, with his history of racist bias, has turned in his badge upon news that an investigation will be carried out after the pool party incident. Here is the complete story here.

In the video below, McKinney police chief Greg Conley delivers a statement regarding the resignation of Eric Casebolt.

Did You Know That Pool Party Cop Eric Casebolt Was Once Sued For Racial Bias? https://www.melanoidnation.org/did-you-know-that-pool-party-cop-eric-casebolt-was-once-sued-for-racial-bias/ https://www.melanoidnation.org/did-you-know-that-pool-party-cop-eric-casebolt-was-once-sued-for-racial-bias/#comments Tue, 09 Jun 2015 18:19:07 +0000 http://melanoidnation.org/?p=1901 The white McKinney, Texas, race soldier acting as a cop who was recorded on a now-viral video tackling a Melanoid female child and pointing his gun at two unarmed Melanoid children was previously accused of racial bias and sexual assault by a man he arrested in 2007.

Federal court documents show that David Eric Casebolt-his full name- and other officers were sued in 2008 in federal court for racial profiling, harassment, failure to render aid and sexual assault.

The handwritten lawsuit was filed by Albert E. Brown Jr., who was being held in jail on pending charges related to the traffic stop at the time.

Race soldier Casebolt is now on administrative leave while his actions during the June 5 incident at a community pool party are supposed to be investigated by his department.

Brown accused Casebolt of reaching into his “private area” and pulling his pants “down below ankles” during the traffic stop.

Brown was parked on the wrong side of a road in McKinney, according to the civil complaint. Casebolt told Brown he was going to write him a ticket for the traffic offense, but then said he saw two marijuana seeds and an open container in the car.

Brown said Casebolt also remarked about the “white girls” who were with him and made comments about him and his clothes.

Brown also claimed in the lawsuit that another officer, Lee Keith, slammed his head into the hood of the car repeatedly. He said Keith held him while Casebolt pulled his pants down. Another officer, who is not named in the lawsuit, allegedly spread his legs while one of the officers shined a flashlight in his anus.

In their response to the lawsuit, the officers claimed that Keith had to grab Brown when the suspect reached for Casebolt’s gun.

The civil case was dismissed by a federal judge in 2009 because the criminal charges against Brown were still pending. The judge said in his decision that the lawsuit could be re-filed if he was exonerated. The criminal charges were also eventually dismissed, but the civil case was never refiled by Brown.

So Eric Casebolt has a documented history of racial profiling and getting away with it. This is probably the reason why he seemed so comfortable with attacking innocent unarmed Black children at a pool party. He probably understands that there is a system of white supremacy in place to protect his actions.

Former Active McKinney Officer Discusses the Racism of the City’s Police Department https://www.melanoidnation.org/former-active-mckinney-officer-discusses-the-racism-of-the-citys-police-department/ https://www.melanoidnation.org/former-active-mckinney-officer-discusses-the-racism-of-the-citys-police-department/#comments Mon, 08 Jun 2015 17:13:06 +0000 http://melanoidnation.org/?p=1896 Pete Schutle, an attorney and a former Mckinney police officer who also has served as a “longtime reserve deputy” there, spoke with a Fox affiliate in Dallas, and shed light on the racist culture of the McKinney Police Department.

As reported yesterday, white race soldiers in McKinney assaulted Melanoid children at a pool party after white supremacists in the neighborhood of the pool party allegedly called police on them. A melee ensued upon the arrival of the racist cops, which resulted in the brutal assault of a 15-year-old Dajerria Becton at the hands of a 40-year-old Navy veteran and white supremacist cop, Eric Casebolt. Check out the footage below to find out watch Attorney Schutle’s take on the McKinney Police Department.
