Milwaukee Police Department Chief Alfonso Morales said police were checking for a suspect wanted on drug and gun violations, and when officers approached the suspect fired on police. Morales said one officer, a friend and 17-year veteran of the department, died as a result of his injuries.

“I’m saddened to inform you the officer injured did not make it today. This is a difficult time for us. He was well loved by the department and a friend of mine,” Morales said.

Chief Morales confirmed the suspect was taken into custody and a weapon was recovered. The identity of the suspect will be released later today.

There were a total of 9 documented lynchings in America in the 1950’s and 60’s. But according to the Mapping Police Violence website, over 100 unarmed Black people were executed by suspected race soldiers in 2015 alone. The Guardian website has a database that lists the 2016 police killings. And when you compile the number of unarmed executions of Black citizens, and include the number of cases where race soldiers lied about the victims having a weapon (or lied about being threatened by a weapon, as in the Keith Scott case), the 2016 execution toll gets close to 100.

And in almost all of these racialized executions, the suspected race soldiers posing as police are never charged or punished.

In 2006 the FBI issued a warning stating that white supremacist organizations are infiltrating law enforcement. Yet, the government chose not to do anything about this terror threat against innocent citizens. Because these white supremacist race soldiers were infiltrating law enforcement for the sole purpose of executing innocent Black citizens.

And this is exactly what has been happening to unarmed Black Americans. So Black Americans must come to the realization that they have a God given right to protect themselves by any means necessary.

Sources say Gaines 5-year-old boy involved in the race soldier attack was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. The child is expected to survive.

Police said earlier that the woman was armed and was with a child in her apartment. She was identified as Korryn Gaines, 23.

The suspected race soldiers posing as police claimed that Gaines threatened to shoot officers with a shotgun. But recent race soldier attacks have proven that suspected white supremacists will lie on a Melanoid citizen in order to justify attacking them.

Police have released few details of the incident, which happened in the unit block of Sulky Court. A news conference is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at police headquarters in Towson.

We need to hold lawmakers to task for allowing these race soldiers to violate people’s Constitutional rights in such a bold and obscene manner. Because we either live in a system of Constitutional laws that govern society or we live in a system of white supremacy where people who are classified as white can violate the Constitution anytime they feel like it with complete impunity.

Her experience as a motorist that day resulted in being the target of road rage from  a white male in his forties. Chuck Stites, the man behind the road rage, also happens to be the City Councilman of Edwardsville. According to Ms. Chatmon, Stites nearly hit her on the road after she attempted to make a right turn. What happened afterwards was shocking and hurtful to the teenage girl.

“He was just saying things like go back to Baltimore then he called me a black n****r b*tch,” Chatmon said. Ms. Chatmon’s assessment of the incident may not be far-fetched in the least bit. According to The Chieftan, publication that serves Edwardsville and surrounding areas, Stites was profiled as a candidate during his campaign for City Councilman back in March of this year, where he discussed his 23 years of service for the Kansas City Police Department, and his desire to address the needs of the police and fire departments. In years past, this incident could have possibly been written off as a coincidence, but given the current elevated climate we  live in under the system of racism/white supremacy, and his long time experience as a police officer, Stites’s remarks towards Chatmon on May 3rd must be taken seriously.

An FBI warning the came out all the way back in October 2006, reported that “White supremacist infiltration of law enforcement” represented a significant national threat.

Several key events preceded the report. A federal court found that members of a Los Angeles sheriffs department formed a Neo Nazi gang and habitually terrorized the black community. Later, the Chicago police department fired Jon Burge, a detective with reputed ties to the Ku Klux Klan, after discovering he tortured over 100 black male suspects. Thereafter, the Mayor of Cleveland discovered that many of the city police locker rooms were infested with “White Power” graffiti. Years later, a Texas sheriff department discovered that two of its deputies were recruiters for the Klan.

In near prophetic fashion, after the FBI’s warning, white supremacy extremism in the U.S. increased, exponentially. From 2008 to 2014, the number of white supremacist groups, reportedly, grew from 149 to nearly a thousand, with no apparent abatement in their infiltration of law enforcement.

This year, alone, at least seven San Francisco law enforcement officers were suspended after an investigation revealed they exchanged numerous “White Power” communications laden with remarks about “lynching African-Americans and burning crosses.” Three reputed Klan members that served as correction officers were arrested for conspiring to murder a black inmate. At least four Fort Lauderdale police officers were fired after an investigation found that the officers fantasized about killing black suspects.

In a report featured on PRESS TV, the FBI has revealed that “white terrorists, supremacists, racists, Nazis, and klansmen have infiltrated the law enforcement departments across the country and they have killed people in the thousands in the last ten years,” according to Dr. Randy Short,  a member of the Black Autonomy Network Community Organization.

He also mentions that many of the police recruits around the country are military vets who have murdered people during U.S. tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq. Check out the entire story here for more information on the white extremist takeover of law enforcement agencies here in the U.S.

When describing an assault suspect, Burns sent a text that he was “probably Black”, because “Usually the violent ones are Black dudes.” It was reported that Burns and Shoblom engaged in “longstanding sexualized text messaging”, a behavior that is frowned upon in all levels of law enforcement careers.

Burns has displayed a number of distinctive character flaws that are deemed inappropriate for a man of his status.

Well the proof that many of these killings are most likely motivated by race can be found in the emails and text messages that white police officers around the country are sending out.

Across the country, emails have been leaked that show extremely racist content, with the majority of the content depicting Melanoid people in a very mean-spirited way. In Ferguson, Missouri, a city now immersed in infamy for its instances of racial injustices. One of the emails referenced the contrived stereotypes of Black men who supposedly rape white women in large numbers. It reads like this:

“Two black guys are at a bar talking. One says to the other, ‘You ever notice after you have sex with a white woman that your eyes burn, your nose burns and you get all teary-eyed?’ The second black guy says, ‘Yeah all the time.’ The other says, ‘Why is that?’ The second guy says, ‘I think it’s the pepper spray.’”

Here’s another email from the Ferguson Police Department.

“An African-American woman in New Orleans was admitted into the hospital for a pregnancy termination. Two weeks later, she received a check for $5,000. She phoned the hospital to ask who it was from. The hospital said, ‘Crimestoppers.”

Ferguson isn’t the only city where its police department’s employees indulge in white supremacist humor. San Francisco just saw its police department suspend eight officers for exchanging racist text messages, and they will likely be fired for the texts. In Florida, Fort Lauderdale’s police department terminated three officers and one resigned after it was discovered that a homemade video in which Blacks were portrayed in a sinister light. As a result of the officers leaving the force in Ft. Lauderdale, dozens of criminal charges were dropped against Black men, because it was determined that the charges against the men were racially motivated.

Police officers in Louisiana were also investigated for racist texts and Facebook posts against Black citizens.

Several police officers in Ohio were also caught sending racist emails and text messages about Black people. One particular Fair View Park,OH police officer named Aaron McNamara even publicly went so far as to say Black people “should be exterminated”.

So we are living in a so-called civilized nation where police officers who are sworn in by the government to uphold the laws of the government,are sending racist texts and emails talking about harming Black citizens based on the color of their skin. And then we see police officers going out and acting on these racial views displayed in the text messages and emails that are being shared by white cops around the country.

The U.N has specific treaties that are supposed to be against the genocide of a particular race of people. If what is happening to Melanoid people in America who are classified as Black does not qualify as genocide,then what does?

Newly released dashcam video showed Officer Cynthia Whitlatch arrest retired bus driver William Wingate in downtown Seattle in July. Whitlatch, falsely  claimed Wingate  swung his club at her.

The footage of the incident showed no such maneuver.

It has also been revealed that officer Cynthia Whitlatch has made racist comments about Black people on her personal Facebook page in the past. Here is a screenshot from her now deleted Facebook page:

In midst of the tragic happenings between the various police departments across the country and the people of melanoid decent which inhabit its borders, the system of white supremacy has made it most recent calculated chess move.

Last week an Amendment to a Senate Bill in Illinois was quietly passed which now makes it a felony to record police officers and public officials. These officials include attorney generals, assistant attorney generals, states attorneys, and judges.The Amendment to Senate Bill 1342 basically reestablishes an equally unconstitutional eavesdropping law which was previously overturned back in March.

The Amendment is ironic but not surprising given that at the time of the of the bills overturn, The Supreme Court justice noted that the eaves dropping ban:“criminalizes a wide range of innocent conduct,” including “the recording of conversations thatcannot be deemed private: a loud argument on the street, a political debate on a college quad, yelling fans at an athletic event, or any conversation loud enough that the speakers should expect to be heard by others.

None of these examples implicate privacy interest, yet the statute makes it a felony to record each one. Judge in term of the legislative purpose of protecting conversational privacy, the statute’s scope is simply too broad.”This time around, within only two days of its introduction it was passed by both the Illinois House and the Senate.

The new amendment penetrates a loophole in the ‘reasonable expectation of privacy’ standard in law. It does this by stating that any “oral communication between 2 or more persons” is now illegal. Penalties for such offenses include:PUBLIC OFFICIAL- (Class 3 felony) Punishable by a prison sentence of 2 to 4 years.PRIVATE CITIZEN- (Class 4 felony) Punishable by a prison sentence of 1 to 3 years.

The legislation states: (a) Eavesdropping, for a first offense, is a Class 4 felony (from Ch. 38, par. 14-4) and, fora second or subsequent offense, is a Class 3 felony.(b) The eavesdropping of an oral conversation or an electric conversation of any law enforcement officer, State Attorney, Assistants States’ Attorney, the Attorney General, Assistant Attorney General, or a judge, while in the performance of his or her official duties, if not Authorized by this article or proper court order, is a class 3 felony, and for a second or subsequent offenses, is a Class 2 felony.

It would be reasonable to conclude that with such high penalties for the offense the masses will be hesitant and even cease further footage ambitions. It would also be just as reasonable to conclude that the recent murders of melanoid people (Michael Brown, Eric Garner,and Tamir Rice etc.) at the hands of law enforcement, which were caught on tape, weighed heavyon the decision. The amendment also cracks the door for further examination of the new proposition to have law enforcement officials wear body cameras. These cameras may “violate” the amendment.
