Sources say Gaines 5-year-old boy involved in the race soldier attack was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. The child is expected to survive.

Police said earlier that the woman was armed and was with a child in her apartment. She was identified as Korryn Gaines, 23.

The suspected race soldiers posing as police claimed that Gaines threatened to shoot officers with a shotgun. But recent race soldier attacks have proven that suspected white supremacists will lie on a Melanoid citizen in order to justify attacking them.

Police have released few details of the incident, which happened in the unit block of Sulky Court. A news conference is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at police headquarters in Towson.

So the system of white supremacy had to go through a refinement stage. And part of the new refined form of white supremacy is denial. The most common tactic used today by the white supremacist, and the racist suspects, is to deny the existence of systematic white supremacy, no matter how much evidence is presented to prove it’s existence.

When evidence of systematic white supremacy is presented to the point beyond denial, the white supremacists will employ one of two tactics;

1. They will deflect and change the subject ( such as the common “what about Black on Black crime” deflection)
2. They will temporary deny a person’s whiteness, or even their own.

If a person classified as white commits a heinous crime or racist act, the white supremacists will focus on the person’s ethnic group or religion as a way to temporary deny the person’s whiteness.

When the white supremacist career criminal George Zimmerman murdered an innocent unarmed Black child in Florida, most white supremacist supporters of Zimmerman tried in vain to point out that he was hispanic and not white. Yet no hispanic groups ever supported Zimmerman. But several suspected (and open) white supremacists group supported him. Because he was one of them.

When white supremacist basketball team owner Donald Sterling made a series of  racist, anti-Black remarks in a secret recording, the white supremacists denied his whiteness by claiming Sterling was a jew and not white. Yet in America (and Europe) most of the people who practice the jewish religion are self-identified and classified as white.

In 2013 when two white men, brothers Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev set off a bomb at the Boston Marathon, people tried to claim that they were not white but were muslims. Even though these men immigrated  from the North Caucasus region of Europe.

Many times when a non-white person is engaging in a debate with a person who is suspected of being a white supremacist themselves, that white person will sometimes  temporarily deny their own whiteness as a way to get out of the hot seat and not be accused of racism. The person might claim to be 1/16th Native American.  And once they have temporarily established their non-white status with you, they will usually proceed to throw out every cliché white supremacist talking point  imaginable.

And once these people get around other people classified as white, they will go back to claiming their white classification, and take advantage of the privileges and benifits that go along with being classified as white.

Although many of us obviously have no issues forgiving people in the dominant society for the atrocities they commit against Melanoid people on a regular basis, we are quick to hold our own Brothers and Sisters on a short leash after they make minor and harmless mishaps. One example of this is when a Melanoid business owner provides a slightly below average service or product, and we will be quick to declare that we will no longer ‘buy Black’ because of the isolated experience that we had with the Black owned business.

Another unfortunate example of our intolerance for each other occurs when one of our own becomes disgruntled with dating one particular Melanoid person, yet wants to completely write off the prospects of dating and/or marrying another Melanoid person from that point forward… often in favor of dating/marrying a member of the dominant society. In order for us to combat the evils of racism/white supremacy, there must be a shift in the way we deal with each other. Members of the dominant society often dislike each other, yet they understand the benefits of getting on code in order to advance the agenda of the collective. This ensures that their racial group(s) survive and thrive for years to come.

If we have it in our hearts to foolhardily forgive outsiders who are routinely murdering our sons and daughters, can we cut our own people slack for making minor mistakes in spite of having good intentions?

But recently a new document was discovered.

A thesis written by President Ronald Reagan’s FEMA director Louis Giuffrada at the US Army War College in 1970, entitled “National Survival-Racial Imperative” goes into elaborate details about the logistics of rounding up Black Americans to be placed in concentration camps.

This document did not use code words or euphemisms like many recent comparative documents and policies today. The National Survival-Racial Imperative thesis was very specific about targeting Black Americans.

Here is an excerpt  for the thesis:

“In the past decade, the United States has had an epidemic of confrontations in which outbreaks of bitter racial violence have brought death and destruction and widened the gap between Negro and white. Inevitably, the rising tensions and mutual distrust have led to more violence and disruption.

For purposes of discussion let us assume that racial relations have degenerated to the point where armed militants embark on a massive violent attempt to immobilize the normal routine of a large city. The militants have occupied the city hall, taken over the mayor’s office, and are shooting at police attempting to oust them. An extremely militant Black Nationalist group has seized the main radio stations and has been calling on all sympathizers to arm themselves and “join the people’s revolution.”

As soon as the violence starts, there are similar, though not necessarily preplanned, outbreaks of violence in other cities across the entire nation. The level of violence has quickly exceeded the control capacity of the various state and local agencies. Federal troops have been requested and are already committed. Fierce fighting is taking place in several major cities and intelligence reports indicate the disorder is likely to spread still further. Large numbers of United States troops are still committed overseas and cannot be readily recalled to the United States. To further complicate the problem, white vigilante groups have surfaced and are taking independent counteractions against blacks — without too much attempt to discriminate between militant and nonmilitant…

Faced by mounting death and destruction, as well as increasing demands that he do so, the President reluctantly declares a state of national emergency and puts the entire country on a war basis. The previously murmured suggestion that all Negroes be locked up now swells to a roar. It is like 1941 again, except that now it is the “Black Peril” rather than the “Yellow Peril.”

In the extremely unlikely event that the government were to order the evacuation and detention of all blacks from actual or potential trouble spots, how and by whom would the order be enforced? What are the yardsticks for collecting, evacuating, and interning either militant or pacifistic minority groups; or dissident, potentially disloyal elements; or law-abiding citizens whose only offense is accident of color? Where would the internees be kept? … What would be done with the blacks in the Armed Forces and in civil service and in Congress? The task would be far too large for the Justice Department; it would have to be greatly augmented by military forces, primarily from the United States Army.

The government has historically had the right to protect itself. A government faced with prolonged, simultaneous, apparently coordinated riots disrupting the entire nation to the point where the government feared its very existence was in jeopardy would take many actions which in calmer times would never be considered. “The authority to decide whether the exigency has arisen, belongs exclusively to the President and … his decision is conclusive upon all other persons.” (Martin v. Mott, US Supreme Court 1827).”

Giuffrada’s views could be compared to those of National Security Council staffer Oliver North, who, the Miami Herald reported in 1987, devised a contingency plan for national crises that involved abandoning the constitution. As FEMA administrator, Giuffrida and North collaborated, and the agency supplied the staff for Ronald Reagan’s Emergency Management Preparedness Board, which featured North among its directors.

Oliver North wrote the infamous REX 84 Plan,which was basically patterned after Giuffrada’s Racial Imperative thesis.The Rex 84 Plan and other subsequent documents like it simply replaced the words “Negro” and “Black” with code words like “civilians”,”refugees” (remember how the head’s of FEMA and media outlets were referring to Black people during 2005’s Hurricane Katrina as “refugees”) and now “evacuees”.

The Racial Imperative also described how the media was used to demonize the image and public perception of Japanese-Americans during World War II in order to justify rounding them up to place them in internment camps.

Fast forward to today. Many media outlets are demonizing the public perception of Black Americans around the country, which in turn, is creating a nationwide resentment and justification for so many Black people being murdered in cold blood by white police officers. Almost everyday on news shows we hear propaganda rhetoric such as “Black people are the problem,” “Black thugs”,”what about Black on Black crime”, “Blacks are more violent”,etc,repeated over and over into the collective psyche of the dominant society.

The swift mobilization of police and military forces against African-American protesters and freedom fighters around the country recently, fall right in line with the logistics of the Racial Imperative thesis.

So the question we must ask the dominant white society,is if Black people are the “problem”, the what is the ultimate “solution?”

“What about Black-on-Black crime?”

How many of you have heard family, friends, and loved ones ask you this question in response to your outspoken, yet genuine concerns about the plight of Black people? If so, then chances are good that you’re not alone. While the belief that Black people murder each other exclusively at ridiculously high rates is the conventional approach, perhaps one of the most interesting overlooked fact is that many whites are doing the same thing.

The concept of “Black-on-Black” crime is almost exclusively limited to economically oppressed neighborhoods which are inhabited by a Black majority. Once again, one fact that white supremacists choose to overlook is that many of them murder their own. For instance, let’s take a look at the school shootings that have plagued this nation since the incident at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012. Newtown, CT, which is also the city that the school is located, has a white population of over 90 percent. This city is also the home of the same school where the infamous shooting occurred. Both children and staff members were senselessly murdered. From the looks of the photos in the following link, the overwhelming majority of victims were members of the dominant society.

While there are numerous other instances of white-on-white violence, one of the most infamous killings happened at Columbine High School in Littleton, CO, in 1999. Twelve of the thirteen students killed at this school appeared to be members of the dominant society

Although the issue of school shootings is the topic at hand, that isn’t the only example. Some of the most notorious provocateurs of white-on-white murders are serial killers.

White supremacists enjoy labeling young Black men as murderers. The mainstream media plays a pivotal role in perpetuating this propaganda. One case of Black media depiction is that the majority of young Black males are angry gun totin’, drive-by shootin’ murderers who possess itchy trigger fingers. However, all of this accusatory rhetoric intentionally passes over young white males who are no strangers to killing people themselves. The majority of Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, and John Wayne Gacy (all of them white men themselves)’s victims were white. Isn’t that white-on-white crime? Why aren’t white supremacists acknowledging the fact that the majority of murders are committed INTRARACIALLY?

In his 2013 report titled Race, Crime and Statistical Malpractice: How the Right Manipulates White Fear With Bogus Data, author Tim Wise states that only 1 percent of Blacks—and no more than 2 percent of Black males—will commit a violent crime in a given year. No more than 0.7 percent of Blacks will commit a violent crime against a white person in a given year. He also states that whites are 6 times as likely to be murdered by another white person as by a Black person        and overall, the percentage of white Americans who will be murdered by a Black offender in a given year is only 2/10,000s of 1 percent, which equates to 1 in every 500,000 white people will be murdered by a Black person in a given year. So, what do the aforementioned stats say about the assumptions made about millions of innocent Black people who have never committed a crime, let alone murder another human being? Shouldn’t this be considered a double standard?

“The KKK is for a strong America,” Abarr told the newspaper. “White supremacy is the old Klan. This is the new Klan.”

Abarr and his KKK organization even had a sit down meeting with the NAACP in 2013 to discuss racial issues. Many people look at these actions by Abarr as being a publicity stunt to rebrand himself and to legitimize his image after being associated with a known terrorist organization like the KKK for so many years.

White supremacists like Abarr and others have no problem appearing to make a mockery out of the KKK,because there are several other more refined and sophisticated white extremist organizations like American Renaissance and the National Alliance to name a few.

This stunt by Abarr appears to be another entry in the Post Racial Propaganda campaign that many people were trying to promote after the election of President Obama. Even today,in an attempt to deny the existence of systematic white supremacy,many people will try to use the “if American is so racists,why would we elect a Black president” talking point.

Since President Obama has been in office,we have seen systematic white supremacy circle back in a vicious and violent wave. Melanoid men,women and children are unjustly,and legally targeted,attacked beaten,and killed by law enforcement on a daily basis in the U.S. And white supremacists around the country support and encourage these law enforcement officials to continue these actions against Melanese people.

So it’s very disingenuous to deny the existence of blatant systematic racism in America because “we have a Black president”. Pretty soon the new post-racial talking point might be:

“There is no more racism in America,because the KKK is allowing Black people to join”.
