Black Girl Survives Brutal Assault From Cop, Files Lawsuit

TACOMA, WA — Nearly two years ago to this day, a young and innocent Black girl nearly witnessed her life being taken from her by a race soldier cop.

Monique Tillman was 15 years old on the fateful day of May 24, 2014, when her and her brother were stopped by a white cop by the name of Jared Williams. The cop, who served double duty as an officer for both the Tacoma Police Department and as mall security, approached the siblings at the Tacoma Mall (working as mall security on that particular day), and warned them that they weren’t allowed to ride their bicycles to cut through the parking lot as a shortcut.

After pleading her case to the officer that she and her brother were only attempting to be on their way peacefully, Tillman appeared to disregard and elude the harassing mall security guard’s demands, most likely in fear for her safety. The officer (Williams) then proceeded to snatch the 15-year-old girl from her bike, choking her and grabbing her hair in the process. The assault continued with Williams applying over 50.000 volts of electricity (through a taser) to the young female.

According to The Free Thought Project, Tillman’s attorney Vito de la Cruz has filed a lawsuit, seeking damages from the race soldier cop, and several other entities that have neglected this attack on the Melanoid girl. Watch the video below to witness the turn of events on that day.

White Cop In Alabama Harasses Black Man As He Walks Home From Work

PLEASANT GROVE, AL — Like most productive citizens of American society, Deonte Lynn holds an occupation. Like many productive members of American society, Deonte Lynn has to get to and from work in any way that he can, even if it means he has to walk home from work. Unlike the vast majority of the dominant American society, Deonte is a Melanoid man who’s walking from his job…which was what he was presumably guilty of as a white cop stops and interrogates him about his whereabouts and if he has any weapons in his possession.

Once the story broke, a video was included along with the story. It appears that the video was recorded by Mr. Lynn himself, and was uploaded to his YouTube account. You can see footage of the incident in the video below.

According to Mr. Lynn, he was eventually let go by the cop while being searched for weapons.

Suicide Death Of White Cop Initially Blamed On A Black Man

CHICAGO, IL — Charles Joseph Gliniewicz was a 30-year veteran of the Fox Lake (IL) police force, which is a Chicago suburb located roughly 50 miles north of the city. Looking back, his September suicide appeared to be nothing more than a rogue cop who willingly laid down his life for his own selfish motives.

Gliniewicz’s death sparked a massive manhunt for the three suspects who would’ve been deemed responsible for the shooting. The three men were seen on a home security video system. This came after the late officer radioed in that he had been chasing after them on foot. One of the suspects in question was a Black male. After being held for investigation, all three of them were cleared.

What was initially assumed to be a homicide was later revealed that Joseph Gliniewicz staged his entire death out of fear that he would be severely punished for his embezzlement of thousands of dollars from a program called the Explorers, a group that mentors young people who aspire to be cops.

NBC News has reported the following information regarding the suicide on their website:

Gliniewicz, 52, was embezzling money through the program, funneling tens of thousands of dollars for personal purposes — including mortgage payments, travel expenses, gym memberships, adult websites and loans to associates, Lake County Major Crimes Task Force Commander George Filenko told reporters.

This incident has occurred at a time when the character of many cops have been proven to be highly questionable across the nation.

Black NBA Player Racially Profiled At Jewelry Store

For starters, John Henson is a 6’11” young Black male who chose to shop at an upscale jewelry store in the Greater Milwaukee area. Based on the demographics of the area where his shopping trip took place on Monday (Whitefish Bay), it would be a safe bet to conclude that there aren’t many Melanoid people in the vicinity ost would automatically assume that he was either a professional athlete and/or a man of means. Contrary to conventional belief, the employees of Schwanke-Kasten had an opposing perception of Henson.

“They (workers of Schwanke-Kasten) locked the door and told me to go away. After I rang the doorbell twice everyone went to the back. No one answered the door or told me what was going on,” Henson wrote on his Instagram account that was later removed for some reason. Henson was followed by two police cars, which parked across the street and watched him for approximately 5 minutes.

After being interrogated about his reasons for being outside of the jewelry store, cops eventually explained to the store’s employees that “it was safe” for him to come into the store to look at a watch that he (Henson) wanted to see. “The employees finally came out of the back and proceeded to conduct business like they previously were as we walked up,” Henson wrote on the now deleted Instagram post.

The cops ran his license plates, and eventually the Milwaukee Bucks power forward was escorted inside the store by the officers.

According to a statement written by the store owner on Monday night, Henson’s vehicle was deemed “suspicious” because of the license plate, which was issued by the dealer.

Henson also wrote in the Instagram post that “This was one of the most degrading and racially prejudice things I’ve ever experienced in life and wouldn’t wish this on anyone. This store needs to be called out, and that’s what I’m doing.”

Black College Students Were Handcuffed Because White Customers Complained Of Being ‘Uncomfortable’ Around Them

WASHINGTON, D.C. — With the nation’s capital city witnessing a high usage rate of racial profiling phone apps, such as SketchFactor and participating in online platforms like Operation GroupMe, it comes as no surprise that innocent Melanoid civilians in D.C. are subject to harassment and danger by members of the dominant society.

Earlier this week, 18-year-old Jason Goolsby and his friend–both students of Howard University–were just hanging out near an ATM when police approached them under the guise of Goolsby and his friend having met the descriptions of being “suspicious”. According to the cops, this “suspicious” person in question had allegedly been seen in the same area by (bank) customers who complained of being “uncomfortable”; with the possible intent on robbing people.

The Metro Police (in D.C.) reports read that three individuals were approached by the cops, and one ran away, which resulted in a chase. Here’s what the report read:

“The individual resisted, and was handcuffed while resisting after he refused to stop,” the report stated. “The person making the video was interfering with police, and was also detained while the incident was investigated.’

Goolsby, whose Twitter account is @darealbighomiee, tweeted the following video that recorded the police harassment:

After seeing this incident unfold, it becomes much clearer as to why these phone apps are extremely popular among white supremacists in the D.C. area. One way that we as Melanoid people can counter this harassment is for us to also download these apps, and report suspicious–and potentially threatening–behavior coming from suspects and predators of the dominant society.

Phone Apps Used To Promote Systematic White Racism Is On The Rise

In the technological age, racial profiling is taking on an entirely new form. In the ever-increasing usage of smart devices such as phones and tablets, there seems to be apps for everything. As a follow-up to last week’s story involving the Bay Area (CA)’s Nextdoor app, new apps have appeared that are being used to profile Black people as well.

In places like Washington, D.C. and New York City, apps such as SketchFactor (an app used to report “sketchy” people) and GhettoTracker.com are gaining traction with users. With these applications, Black people are being reported at an alarming rate. With GhettoTracker.com, users of the online platform are asked to rate neighborhoods based on whether they feel that the areas are “safe” or “ghetto”.

In Washington, a movement titled “Operation GroupMe” has become prevalent in the Georgetown area of D.C. It was created last February out of Georgetown Business Improvement District’s partnership with the local police to initiate “real-time mobile-based group-messaging app that connects Georgetown businesses, police officers and community members.” The app has nearly 400 users who racially profile countless innocent Black people.

The white supremacists of these online communities even communicate with each other in code, referring to Melanoid people as “aa”–an abbreviation for African-American. It has been reported that hundreds of photos of unsuspecting Black people have been shared in these groups. On one occasion, a Black female employee of retailer American Apparel (wearing orange) took a selfie with an unsuspecting shopper in the background with a caption that read: “Look out for these girls. Known thefts.” After another user commented on the employee’s selfie, stating that “Only known thieves would smile for the camera.” The actual manager of the store left a following comment that read, “Yea, not to be confused, girl in orange is our employee.”

One of the more alarming facts surrounding this issue is that these apps are being implemented in U.S. metropolitan areas (Bay Area, D.C., New York) that are being notoriously gentrified, with suspected white supremacists new to these areas reacting out of paranoia of contrived Black threats to their neighborhoods.

One-Legged Homeless Black Man Brutalized By San Francisco Police

It took 14 San Francisco Police Department officers to take down and restrain a one-legged, Black homeless man, who was “armed” with crutches and apparently “dangerous”. The incident is the latest embarrassment for the US police, who face constant accusations of illogical brutal use of force.

The confrontation was captured on video and shows white police officers taking down a one-legged homeless black man on the city’s central Market St. According to witnesses, police were called in to the scene to take care of a suspicious man waving some “sticks” around in the middle of the street.

The video was shot in August by Chaedria Labouvier, who is heard calling out to police throughout the video, shows the extent of humiliation and brute force exercised immediately after the man was wrestled to the ground by SFPD officers. As the disabled- and believed to be mentally challenged Black male struggles to move, 4 cops pin him down, after officers called for an Extended Range Impact Weapon (ERIW) which is a less lethal use of force due to the circumstances.

“These are my crutches. I use these to walk,” the man tried to explain. But even after realizing that the man had a prosthetic leg, the police officers continued to use overwhelming physical restrain and man-handled him, forcing his head to the ground.

In the video you can clearly hear the homeless man complying with the cops and asking them to get off his prosthetic leg while hand-cuffed, as well as a Woman saying “Oh my God –you´re on his prosthetic leg?”

The video shows that the officers used their body weight to subdue the subject by attempting to hold him still for no reason-since the man was restrained.

San Francisco police spokeswoman Grace Gatpandan said officers encountered the 42-year-old man waving around wooden sticks and detained him for a mental health evaluation as he walked toward street traffic.

Witnesses in the video can be heard saying the man used the sticks as his crutches and was simply crossing the street.

Police chief Greg Suhr and others would “look into this situation thoroughly and determine if there were any violations of department policy”. She said the case was also sent to the independent office of citizen complaints.

This incident comes after a recent incident where San Francisco’s chief of police has moved to dismiss eight officers who sent and received racially charged and homophobic text messages that included references to lynching’s, white power and burning crosses.

NYPD Officers Now Required to Issue Receipts During Stop-And-Frisk Attempts

For the entirety of its existence, the NYPD’s stop-and-frisk policy has been deemed highly questionable and controversial in the way that it targets Melanoid people in New York City. According to the New York Civil Liberties Union, the first half of 2015 saw New Yorkers getting stopped by the police 13,604 times, with 11,124 of them being totally innocent. 7,158 of the people stopped were Black.

In what appears to be an attempt to curb such a heavy trend in NYC, police are now required to give a slip with a title that reads “What Is A Stop?” to the people they stop for questioning. As of Sept. 21st, NYPD cops will no longer be able to stop-and-frisk a person because they “look nervous or suspicious”. Stop-and-frisk is an ongoing problem that has even caused long-term trauma among Melanoid people who were targeted by this policy. Stockton, CA Cops Assault & Arrest Black Teenage Boy For Allegedly Jaywalking (Footage Included)

STOCKTON, CA — Who knew “jaywalking” could cost a harmless teenager to pay such a painful price?

A police officer spotted a Melanoid teen crossing the street, and decided to use brute force to detain him, as featured in the following video clip. According to the footage, the officer can be heard yelling “stop resisting (arrest)” to the boy, although the footage simultaneously shows that the boy is merely defending himself from the brutal assault by way of the officer’s baton.

Shortly after the incident occurred, several other officers come rushing in to apprehend the boy, only for him to be released later that day to his mother. He will be charged in juvenile court for resisting arrest and trespassing. One bystander, Edgar Avendano, recorded the incident, and posted it on his Facebook page.

According to a story on CNN.com, Avendano was quoted from his Facebook page with the following: “The cop was telling him to take a sit (sic) but the teen kept walking to his bus but the cop kept grabbing his arm & the kid took off the cop’s hand off his arm so the cop took out his baton & that’s when I started recording because everything happened too quick.”

Autistic Melanoid Boy in Minnesota Received Two Seizures When Assaulted by Police

St. Paul, MN — When it comes to attacks of any variety–be it from neighborhood bullies or law enforcement–we expect our special needs Brothers and Sisters to be exempt from such treatment. In the case of 17-year-old Marcus Abrams, he wasn’t as fortunate.

According to St. Paul’s KARE-TV, Abrams, who is autistic, was on his way home from his job at the Minnesota State Fair when he was approached by two officers, whose names were Peter Buzicky and Richard Wegner. Abrams explained he was wearing headphones at the time of the incident, so he could not hear the officers speaking to him. The officers reportedly stepped to Abrams to ask him for his I.D., and the situation escalated from there. According to Wegner’s report, Abrams refused to place his hands behind his head and was visibly irritated by the cops’ invasion of his personal space.

Abrams was then slammed to the ground by the officers, which resulted in him later suffering two seizures. The primary reason for Abrams’ frustration with the race soldiers closing in on his personal space is directly linked to one of the issues of Abrams’ condition, and that is “touch sensory issues” which make him extremely territorial.

Only after Abrams’ mother, Maria Caldwell, stated that her son was autistic, was he not charged. Unfortunately, it took the young autistic Melanoid teen to receive an unnecessary brutal assault from law enforcement to prove his innocence. The transit station (where Abrams was assaulted) is currently investigating the incident. Here is a video clip of the story below.
