One common tactic is deflection. Up until the 1960’s white supremacists were very open about their white supremacist views. They wore their racism on their sleeves. They would openly state their white supremacist views in the laws, housing market, job market, educational field, and in public places.

Then in the mid-60’s the white supremacists realized that overt racism would cause overt opposition from Black society. So the white supremacists went into the refinement stage of white supremacy. And the new refinement stage required the racists to use the denial and deflection tactic. The new rule is to continue to practice white supremacy in all areas of activity, but deny that they are doing it.

And one main tactic of white supremacy denial is deflection. Whenever the subject of racism comes up, most white supremacist will deflect into another topic. And usually they will deflect from a racial issue and try to deceive you into believing it is a political issue. This is a common tactic that is utilized by white supremacists today.

Many white supremacists, and suspected white supremacists will arbitrarily label a random Black person or groups of Black people as members of “Black Lives Matter”. This way, they can code their racial criticism of Black people behind the guise of criticizing a political movement.

Another common tactic used by suspected white supremacists (especially the ones online) is playing the “white supremacist hot potato game”. This is when suspected racists will try to pass white supremacy off on a certain political party. Many of these suspected white supremacists will deflect from obvious issues of racism and try to blame “the democrats” or “the liberals” for “all the problems of the Black community.”

So Melanoid people must understand, if you are ever engaging in a conversation with a person in the dominant society, and the discussion is about racial injustice, if they start deflecting into terms like:

*”the republicans”

*”libs”

*”the left”

*”the democrats”

*”lefties”

*”leftists”

*”big government”

*”the elitists”

or any other political term, you should suspect that the person is a white supremacist.

Because democrats and republicans are both dominated by white supremacists. And arguing about who’s the biggest white supremacist between the groups, is like a prisoner arguing about who’s the worst prison warden between two people.

Politicians in Tennessee at Odds Over Former Leader of KKK https://www.melanoidnation.org/politicians-in-tennessee-at-odds-over-former-leader-of-kkk/ https://www.melanoidnation.org/politicians-in-tennessee-at-odds-over-former-leader-of-kkk/#comments Tue, 23 Jun 2015 09:14:40 +0000 http://melanoidnation.org/?p=2041 NASHVILLE, TN — Tennessee state officials are divided by more than just the colors of their respective political affiliations.

After an email was released from Tennessee Democratic Party Chairwoman Mary Mancini that linked last week’s Charleston killings to a 1940 murder of a West Tennessee NAACP activist, her Republican counterparts vehemently denied any overt racism that occurred in the state. Republican Party chairman Ryan Haynes accused her of looking to raise funds from the unfortunate incident. “They’re trying to profit from a horrific situation. That is inappropriate in every sense of the word,” Haynes said. “It’s disrespectful to a community that is still living this horror. It is highly disrespectful to those who lost their lives last Wednesday night in Charleston.”

Mancini’s actions aren’t the only issue here. Republicans and Democrats are currently in opposition over the possible removal of the bust of former Confederate Army General and Ku Klux Klan leader Nathan Bedford Forrest from the state capital building. U.S. Rep. Jim Cooper, D-Tenn., and state House Minority Leader Craig Fitzhugh, D-Ripley, are both calling for the removal of the bust of the Klan leader, stating that it has ‘no place in the Tennessee statehouse.’

The white supremacist general, who massacred 300 Melanoid soldiers during the Civil War, and served as the first Grand Wizard of the KKK, has had a bust statue in his honor located in the Tennessee state capital building since 1978.

White Television Personality Says Baltimore Protests Signify ‘Threat to Civilization Itself’ https://www.melanoidnation.org/white-television-personality-says-baltimore-protests-signify-threat-to-civilization-itself/ https://www.melanoidnation.org/white-television-personality-says-baltimore-protests-signify-threat-to-civilization-itself/#comments Mon, 27 Apr 2015 15:39:18 +0000 http://melanoidnation.org/?p=1536 Tucker Carlson, a conservative talking head for the Fox News Channel, suggested that the police take extreme measures to deal with the Black protesters in Baltimore who are protesting after the untimely death of Freddie Gray at the hands of Baltimore police on April 19th.

According to this news source, Carlson is also shown on a video clip, spewing his opinion. Here are the words of Carlson from the clip:

“Because that’s what this is, the end of civil order,” he asserted in regards to the situation in Baltimore. “This is not a civil rights act, it’s a threat to civilization itself.”

As is the case with suspected (and open) white supremacists, notice how the panel on this show stick to their Code of Conduct, with Carlson even going one step further by mentioning, “I’m not defending what the police may or may not have done to Freddie Gray, obviously. Of course, I’m merely saying that violence is scary, it tends to escalate,  it can get out of control, and you have to stop it immediately.”

Below is a clip of the Fox & Friends show which featured Tucker Carlson.

Despite the ranting of Carlson and the rest of his Fox News affiliates seen or unseen on this particular show, they have ignored the fact that the entire situation was provoked, which initiated the unrest in the first place.

These Aren’t Our Heroes: Yet Another Racist Rant from Ron Paul https://www.melanoidnation.org/these-arent-our-heroes-yet-another-racist-rant-from-ron-paul/ https://www.melanoidnation.org/these-arent-our-heroes-yet-another-racist-rant-from-ron-paul/#comments Wed, 25 Feb 2015 11:29:29 +0000 http://melanoidnation.org/?p=865 In a recent story, former Republican Rep Ron Paul, former presidential candidate for the 2008 election as a representative of the Libertarian Party, discussed his less-than-pleasant issues with the Congressional Black Caucus. Here are the words that he had to say:

I was always annoyed with it in Congress because we had an anti-war unofficial group, a few libertarian Republicans and generally the Black Caucus and others did not – they are really against war because they want all of that money to go to food stamps for people here”

Click here to listen to the audio version of Ron Paul’s quote

The 79-year-old Texas Congressman has a long rap sheet of spewing—and supporting–white supremacist rhetoric. In the 1990s, a collection of published articles titled the “Ron Paul Political Report” were filled blatant racial stereotypes and rants against Blacks and other minority groups in the U.S. One of Paul’s newsletters from June 1992 featured content that gave commentary on the riots that took place in Los Angeles that same year, showed that “order was only restored in L.A. when it came time for the Blacks to pick up their welfare checks.” This is the same publication that depicted Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as a “pro-Communist philanderer.”

There’s much more material that can be shared from Paul’s newsletters that would lead most people to believe that what Paul himself is a white supremacist. Based on the small sample of information that you’ve read thus far, it’s clear that Ron Paul has no issue with the system of white supremacy that subjugates Melanoid people on a large scale. What is more alarming is that Ron Paul has often been portrayed as a poster boy for the anti-establishment, based on some of his political ideologies that are deemed radical by his conservative peers, although Paul’s white supremacist ideologies are in lock step with the ideas of those in the dominant society.

At this point in time, the overall collective spirt of Melanoid people has been broken to a point where we will even accept the words of a man who clearly does not have our community’s best interests at heart as the “lesser of two evils”. Perhaps it should be duly noted that we must choose our heroes wisely, because if we continue to accept individuals who seek to uphold this current system as our role models, then we must not be disappointed if the system of justice never replaces the system of white supremacy.

Did You Know The Food Stamp Capital in the U.S is a Town That’s 99% White? https://www.melanoidnation.org/did-you-know-the-food-stamp-capital-in-the-u-s-is-a-town-thats-99-white/ https://www.melanoidnation.org/did-you-know-the-food-stamp-capital-in-the-u-s-is-a-town-thats-99-white/#comments Sun, 23 Nov 2014 23:44:09 +0000 http://melanoidnation.org/?p=250 Black people in America are often stereotyped as being lazy, welfare recipients who are constantly looking for ways to mooch off of the government. And this narrative is a common talking point for many conservatives.

But when it comes to who uses SNAP Food Stamp benefits the most in the United States, the highest usage is not in New Orleans, Chicago or any other city that has become synonymous with poverty. Instead, a city that is 99.22% white and 95% Republican comes in the lead. Owsley County, Kentucky.

Owsley County has the distinction of being the poorest county in America, but this fact is conveniently swept under the rug when discussing areas where poverty is prevalent.

Why is it that residents in areas like Owsley County are never told to “pull themselves up by their boot straps” like Black people who have had a history of systematic economic deprivation, are told to do?
