Yesterday, an indictment was filed, accusing Slager of denying the late Walter Scott his rights under the color of law. It was also noted that Slager committed the murder “without legal justification”, and he surrendered his constitutional right “to be free from the use of unreasonable force by a law enforcement officer.”

Other charges being given to Slager include obstruction of justice, and one count of using a weapon during “a felony crime of violence.” If convicted, Slager could face life in prison, in addition to a $250,000 fine. According to the breaking news story featured on The Washington Post, it is a rare occurrence to see federal civil rights charges upheld in court.

The indictment was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Division of South Carolina. Stay tuned for future developments as the Michael Slager trial continues to unfold.

Justin Gregory Craven, a former police officer in North Augusta, pleaded guilty to misconduct in office on Monday and was sentenced to probation as well as 80 hours of public service, local broadcaster WRDW reported.

The felony charge was dropped as part of Monday’s plea agreement, WRDW said. Craven faced one year in prison with a fine of up to $1,000, the Aiken Standard newspaper reported.

A grand jury in South Carolina indicted Craven in May on a felony charge of firing his weapon into a vehicle while it was occupied, killing an unarmed Black man.

Craven had chased the motorist, Ernest Satterwhite, 68, for 13 miles before stopping him on a dirt road behind his home in February 2014, a prosecutor has said.

Craven then got out of his car and approached the citizen, and fired at him several times through his car window, killing him, authorities have said.

As long as we live in this system of white supremacy, and ignore the fact that we live in this type of system, we should expect more race soldiers to continue to murder Black citizens with the support of other white supremacists and the state.

Christopher Smith is a Melanoid man in his late ’30s–who, like certain members of society in general, is an individual with special needs. His racial identity, combined with his personal challenges, have made him a victim in the hands of malicious white supremacists who abused him for years.

Mr. Smith worked for J&J Cafeteria for 23 years. The Conway restaurant is owned by a white man named Ernest J. Edwards. His brother, Bobby Paul, is the manager of the eatery. The siblings are under investigation for a series of reports which show Bobby Paul physically abusing Mr. Smith going back to 2010. According to reports, Smith was beaten with a belt, slapped, punched and choked. Charleston (S.C.)’s The Post and Courier is also reporting that Smith’s attorneys state that he was “hit with a frying pan, burned with grease-covered tongs, and beaten with butcher knives, belt buckles and fists “while being called the N-word repeatedly,” the attorneys said. The assaults took place in places like a walk-in freezer as he screamed for his life”

The same news source shows that Smith was forced to work 18-hour shifts from Monday-Saturday, and for 11-hour shifts on Sundays. He wasn’t allowed breaks, and the attorneys have calculated that Smith was paid less than $3,000 annually.

Smith stated that he worked at the restaurant since he was 12 years old, doing everything from washing dishes to cooking. Bobby Paul, the man charged with the abuse of Christopher Smith, is free on a $10,000 surety bond with the stipulations involving that he stay clear of his victim (Smith), and that he asks for permission before leaving the state of South Carolina for any reason.

Although many have attempted to refute the notion that slavery has been eradicated from the United States, it should be noted that some workplaces here in the States have served as smoke screens for imposing draconian practices on its employees. Perhaps we should look no further than J&J Cafeteria in Conway, South Carolina, which has apparently been operating like a plantation for years.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott spoke at a news conference in which he addressed the incident. According to the video in this link, Lott says that Fields has been placed on suspension without pay, and that he has asked the FBI to look into the investigation. He says that the student was “disruptive”, and that “she started” the confrontation with Fields.

Although Fields has held an extensive reputation for being a race soldier in the past, it has been revealed–or contrived–out of nowhere that he has been dating a Black woman “for quite some time”, according to Lott.

Many suspected white supremacists and Black supporters of Ben Fields say that the race soldier had every right to act in the way that he did because the young girl provoked him to use brute force against her. However, new information has surfaced which should have us questioning the supporters of Fields. The photo below is a screenshot of a social media post which delves into the personal life of the child who was beat up by the cop on Monday:

It appears to be likely that this young girl was simply “acting out” in class on Monday because of a tumultuous year which has inflicted enormous emotional and psychological damage on her. It is well-known that victims–especially children–who suffer from such trauma usually engage in what’s known as “rambunctious” behavior because they often are unable to cope with everything that has happened to them.

Wal-Mart and Sears will remove all merchandise containing or related to the confederate flag. The flag, with its deep-rooted racist history and longtime relic for Antebellum-Era slavery in the Southern United States, has been ordered to be removed by South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley. According to a spokesman for Wal-Mart, the company does not want to offend anyone with the products it offers. The spokesman, named Brian Nick went on to release a statement, which read, “We have taken steps to remove all items promoting the confederate flag from our assortment – whether in our stores or on our website,” Sears Holding Corp, which operates both Sears and Kmart department stores, will allegedly be removing the same merchandise from its stores.

To many, the stores’ removal of the confederate flag merchandise could be viewed as a win–or a loss. With the awareness that confederate merchandise was sold in these stores as recently as this past week would imply that “progress” is only subjective to those of us in Black Society.

Growing-up in the South, I have experienced bouts of racism and have become accustom to seeing the Confederate flag and White people openly carrying firearms. While I was raised in the same gun culture as Whites, I can not identify with these white supremacists’ lust for blood and violence and certainly have never (and would never) use a firearm to terrorize anyone for any reason. However, I will use guns to protect myself, my church family, my family and friends, and my Melaninated people.

Brother Denmark Vesey, a freed slave and one of the original founders of Emanuel AME Church (the church that the White Supremacist terrorist Dylan Roof chose to wage his race battle) was the chief planner of a slave revolt in Charleston, South Carolina in 1822. His plan wasn’t to slaughter White people like they’ve slaughtered us for hundreds of years. Rather, his plan was to use firearms to win the freedom of Melaninated people by fighting their way to the docks and commandeering a ship and sailing to Haiti (which had already defeated the French and won their independence). Unfortunately, the revolt was uncovered by slave owners after being notified by Uncle Tom and coonish Melaninated people. Brother Vesey was a righteous leader who was truly going to use force, with the aid of guns, to save his people from involuntary servitude.

Melaninated men of faith need to take note of Brother Vesey’s courage and conviction. God instructs us to be innocent like doves, but wise as serpents. White Supremacists have shown they want us dead, so it’s time that we take action along with prayer. The Bible says that faith without works is dead and an old African proverb says that when you pray, move your feet. It’s time that we protect those who are in our care, which are our fellow Melaninated people. We need to stay prayed-up and stay armed.

As you can see from the mugshot below, he has a history with breaking the law. He is still at large, and is considered to be armed and dangerous.

And now another news outlet is running a story on how a friend of Walter Scott named  Dennis Dye has “forgiven” the police officer for killing his friend. (watch the interview here)

This is a common tactic used by the media when it comes to Black victims of suspected white supremacist murderers. The media outlets will scout through friends and family members of the victims who seem the most compassionate, then try to steer them into a narrative about forgiveness. Once these friends and family members of Black murder victims proclaim their forgiveness,the suspected white supremacist media outlets will run headline stories about it.

By running these “forgiveness” stories from family and friends of Black murder victims,the media outlets hope to  influence the minds of potential jurors. If a potential juror (especially a suspected white supremacist juror) sees that the family of the Black murder victim has forgiven the police,then the juror should forgive him as well and potentially vote to have the white cop acquitted.

This is why from this point on,as part of the Melanoid Code,Black people who are friends or family members of murder victims at the hands of suspected white supremacists,should never get on television or any other media and announce that they forgive the killers. This is always used against the people who are in need of justice,and we cannot keep falling for the same tricks and tactics of the white supremacists.

If you want to forgive,it would be best for you to do privately. But to allow the racists news outlets who clearly have an agenda to exploit the spirituality of those in the Black community,and use that against you,is completely self defeating and illogical at this point.

One thing we never see are news outlets running stories about families of white crime victims at the hands of Black perpetrators claiming they “forgive” the Black suspect.

We are in a system of white supremacy. And trying to gain some type of “spiritual sympathy” from those who practice white supremacy has not and will not work.

This is a common tactic of white media outlets in cases where Black people are wrongly murdered by police. If these media outlets can coerce family members of deceased Black victims to “forgive” the white people who murdered them, potential jurors will watch these narratives and “forgive” these murderers as well.

For the last few days,media outlets have been showing interviews with the killer cop’s mother in an attempt to gain sympathy for officer Slager. Now a new “viral” video has popped up that is raising suspicion.

A two minute video was suspiciously posted on the Facebook page of  a Columbia S.C tv station ,WIS TV of a young Black male who filmed himself talking after he allegedly got pulled over by a white police officer. In the video which many people suspect of being scripted, the young man explains that the police pulled him over because he was “in the wrong” and he proceeds to give a lessons on how “not all white cops are racist”. He also states that “not all people who get shot by cops are victims..Just because you are Black you are not a victim.”

Because this video is so random and coincidental,many people suspect  that media outlets in the S.C. area may have staged this  “Black driver video” by having the person in the video  regurgitate common talking points used by suspected white supremacists who try to deflect from real racism.

There are those who also  speculate that this could be a tactic to garner sympathy for the white officer who committed the murder of Walter Scott. This video has gone viral and several Facebook users who appear to be white are showering the Black male in the video with accolades and commending him on his “bravery for looking past race”.

The officer, Michael T. Slager, 33, used the common lie told by race soldiers posing as police officers by claiming he feared for his life because the man took his stun gun in a scuffle after a traffic stop on Saturday. A video, however, shows the officer firing eight times as the man fled. The North Charleston mayor announced the state charges at a news conference Tuesday evening.

The victim Walter L. Scott, 50, was allegedly pulled over by the officer for a broken taillight. Media outlets are already taking the focus off the police officer charged with murder,and they are bringing up irrelevant issues such as Walter Scott’s child support cases.
