Yesterday, an indictment was filed, accusing Slager of denying the late Walter Scott his rights under the color of law. It was also noted that Slager committed the murder “without legal justification”, and he surrendered his constitutional right “to be free from the use of unreasonable force by a law enforcement officer.”

Other charges being given to Slager include obstruction of justice, and one count of using a weapon during “a felony crime of violence.” If convicted, Slager could face life in prison, in addition to a $250,000 fine. According to the breaking news story featured on The Washington Post, it is a rare occurrence to see federal civil rights charges upheld in court.

The indictment was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Division of South Carolina. Stay tuned for future developments as the Michael Slager trial continues to unfold.

And now another news outlet is running a story on how a friend of Walter Scott named  Dennis Dye has “forgiven” the police officer for killing his friend. (watch the interview here)

This is a common tactic used by the media when it comes to Black victims of suspected white supremacist murderers. The media outlets will scout through friends and family members of the victims who seem the most compassionate, then try to steer them into a narrative about forgiveness. Once these friends and family members of Black murder victims proclaim their forgiveness,the suspected white supremacist media outlets will run headline stories about it.

By running these “forgiveness” stories from family and friends of Black murder victims,the media outlets hope to  influence the minds of potential jurors. If a potential juror (especially a suspected white supremacist juror) sees that the family of the Black murder victim has forgiven the police,then the juror should forgive him as well and potentially vote to have the white cop acquitted.

This is why from this point on,as part of the Melanoid Code,Black people who are friends or family members of murder victims at the hands of suspected white supremacists,should never get on television or any other media and announce that they forgive the killers. This is always used against the people who are in need of justice,and we cannot keep falling for the same tricks and tactics of the white supremacists.

If you want to forgive,it would be best for you to do privately. But to allow the racists news outlets who clearly have an agenda to exploit the spirituality of those in the Black community,and use that against you,is completely self defeating and illogical at this point.

One thing we never see are news outlets running stories about families of white crime victims at the hands of Black perpetrators claiming they “forgive” the Black suspect.

We are in a system of white supremacy. And trying to gain some type of “spiritual sympathy” from those who practice white supremacy has not and will not work.

This is a common tactic of white media outlets in cases where Black people are wrongly murdered by police. If these media outlets can coerce family members of deceased Black victims to “forgive” the white people who murdered them, potential jurors will watch these narratives and “forgive” these murderers as well.

For the last few days,media outlets have been showing interviews with the killer cop’s mother in an attempt to gain sympathy for officer Slager. Now a new “viral” video has popped up that is raising suspicion.

A two minute video was suspiciously posted on the Facebook page of  a Columbia S.C tv station ,WIS TV of a young Black male who filmed himself talking after he allegedly got pulled over by a white police officer. In the video which many people suspect of being scripted, the young man explains that the police pulled him over because he was “in the wrong” and he proceeds to give a lessons on how “not all white cops are racist”. He also states that “not all people who get shot by cops are victims..Just because you are Black you are not a victim.”

Because this video is so random and coincidental,many people suspect  that media outlets in the S.C. area may have staged this  “Black driver video” by having the person in the video  regurgitate common talking points used by suspected white supremacists who try to deflect from real racism.

There are those who also  speculate that this could be a tactic to garner sympathy for the white officer who committed the murder of Walter Scott. This video has gone viral and several Facebook users who appear to be white are showering the Black male in the video with accolades and commending him on his “bravery for looking past race”.
