I didn’t say don’t fight when you need to but our people seem to have this mistaken idea that if we do “something” (i.e. marching or temporary boycotts) then we’ll have accomplished something which isn’t true. Here’s a perfect example; How about you STOP celebrating white people’s holidays? How about you STOP having relationships with white people beyond the required work and business ones? How about you STOP marching unnecessarily just to say you did something with a bunch of people who really don’t give a shit about you? How about we STOP giving our money to every business except the ones that are from our communities and actually like us?
