Cosby made 20% of the profits with the Cosby Show, with Carsey-Werner as its independent production company, and he made several attempts to buy the entire NBC television network, starting in 1992, as the principle investor. Other investors included the co-founder of CNN and possibly, oil tycoon, Marvin Davis, who had, at least, remote interest. Constand came forward, within three weeks of the Fat Albert movie’s release on Christmas of 2004. This film was produced by Davis’ son, however, for some reason, Carsey-Werner would not be the same after this incident. His Netflix birthday show was cancelled within hours, after Janice Dickenson came forward, again, in 2014. Her along with Burress’ video, started many women coming out of the wood works.

Janice Dickenson also came forward about a month after Cosby received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, in 2002.

An interesting incident occurred in 2000, when both Cosby , with Carsey-Werner, and Kids Say the Darndest Things ended with a rape allegation a few months to the prior. This alleged victim reported within 3 days, and put it behind her. There have been no Cosby television shows, since.
