By now I’m pretty sure you realize:
1) this guy worked at a car repair / Goodyear business
2) this guy saw six police vehicles parked near all possible exits from the biz
3) this guy knew about this outstanding warrant
4) this guy hopped in to the nearest vehicle with keys already in the ignition
5) like his previous arrest he chose to flee
6) like his previous arrest, he attempted to inflict bodily injury
7) actually was driving in REVERSE, facing REAR windshield as he circled the biz twice
8) was shot thru the driver side front window, in the BACK, because he was facing his rear windshield
9) the shooter was actually promoted for saving the lives of five other officers
