After attempting unsuccessfully to serve a felony arrest warrant, Smyrna police said they were forced to shoot a man inside a Maserati, police said Tuesday afternoon. The car was headed toward officers, who used the common excuse used by police who murder unarmed Black men- they feared for their lives-according to police.
By late Tuesday, neither the man’s name nor his criminal history were released by police. But the man’s parents identified him as 25-year-old Nicholas Taft Thomas.
Since details of this story are still developing,we should expect media outlets to start skimming through the victim’s social networking pages trying to find images to criminalize his public image as a way to justify his murder.

Those officers needed to be in the death penalty for this crime. I am so sick of this! This need to be handled and not stop. Our color men dying for no reason a white men should die as well. They just mad because Black people have more power.

1) this guy worked at a car repair / Goodyear business
2) this guy saw six police vehicles parked near all possible exits from the biz
3) this guy knew about this outstanding warrant
4) this guy hopped in to the nearest vehicle with keys already in the ignition
5) like his previous arrest he chose to flee
6) like his previous arrest, he attempted to inflict bodily injury
7) actually was driving in REVERSE, facing REAR windshield as he circled the biz twice
8) was shot thru the driver side front window, in the BACK, because he was facing his rear windshield
9) the shooter was actually promoted for saving the lives of five other officers
Man please!!! This happened right down from my job.. everybody saw this guy trying to run over ppl to get away.. those officers did what they were supposed to do.. whoever wrote this article needs to get facts n details… We as a ppl should get tired of making a excuse out of everything… every incident that occurs is NOT a Mike Brown incident…
