These prominent, historical facts continues to present date with different outcomes than the Bill Cosby case. When the person is white they are usually not criminally charged or even prosecuted. Our government agencies always turns a blind eye and deaf ear to their crimes of raping Black or non-white women historically. They refuse to obey the law and prosecute a white male for raping a Black woman. Always accusing the Black female as the perpetrator instead of the rape victim. Racism and social injustice control these courts and government agencies to date. Ratchet!

The main point of this article is ‘disparity’; practicing harsh inequality towards the black accused while offering lenient treatment to white perpetrators. There are well known, documented WHITE child molestors employed in high ranking positions in Hollywood today. The list is too long.

Maybe Cosby’s accusers should follow some common white folks’ advice. “Rape?, but that happened so long ago.” “Quit playing the victim.” “Stop playing the rape card.” “Pull yourself up by your own stilettos.” “You say you were harmed a long time ago, so now you want the courts to give you REPARATIONS?” Those are really dismissive things to say to a group of ppl who were raped & dehumanized, right? EXACTLY!

In reply to Bill. I can provide you with multiple hate crimes being done to Blacks by Whites, but I will mention that they are often not registered as hate crimes bUT merely crimes of violence. I had to do a mountain of searching. However, no hate crime should be acceptable. Good riddance!

How can a Black woman even feel that she has the ability to have her rapist, especially when he is of a differing race, charged when this behavior is so easily accepted today. Way to reduce the plight of these women so rashly.

Those cute little statistics that you love to reference are clearly based on fewer than 10 cases.
