Mom From The Blind Side Movie,Leigh Anne Tuohy,Gives Lesson on Racism..By Being Racist

Leigh Anne Tuohy, the woman who’s life was featured the hit motion picture The Blind Side ( a white savior propaganda film), made a post on her Facebook page this week that went viral. Since Tuohy is known for  the ” I’m-not-racist- because-I adopted-a-Black-child” narrative, she seems to be an expert on how to deal with Black people now.

This is what her recent facebook post read:

“We see what we want! It’s the gospel truth! These two were literally huddled over in a corner table nose to nose and the person with me said “I bet they are up to no good” well you know me… I walked over, told them to scoot over. After 10 seconds of dead silence I said so whats happening at this table? I get nothing.. I then explained it was my store and they should spill it… They showed me their phones and they were texting friends trying to scrape up $3.00 each for the high school basketball game! Well they left with smiles, money for popcorn and bus fare. We have to STOP judging people and assuming and pigeon holing people! Don’t judge a book by its cover or however you’d like to express the sentiment! Accept others and stoping seeing what you want to see!!!“

When Tuohy made this post,it was accompanied by a photo of her and the two Black teens she had the encounter with. Many people were applauding her false narrative about how to see past race. But everything about Tuohy’s interaction with these Black teens was racist.  In a major way.

First of all,she walked over and “told them to scoot over.” This is reminiscent of the Jim Crow/Rosa Parks era, when a white person had the right to impose on the personal space of any Black person.

Then she demanded to know “what’s happening at this table?” This is the equivalent of asking a suspected runaway slave to show his “freedom papers.” This is part of the white supremacist culture where innocent Black people are forced to basically explain their existence.

Then she explained that it was her store and that the Black teens should “spill it” as if they were in some type of interrogation room. These Black teens were most likely aware that suspected white supremacists have a history of making false accusations against Black people. And with the recent murders of so many Black people by law enforcement based off the false accusations of random white people, these Black teens were aware of the potential danger of this encounter with Tuohy.

Leigh Anne Tuohy is known for putting on this “tough Southern Gal” act in her encounters with Black people (some of this was portrayed in The Blind Side movie, where Tuohy’s character went into a housing project and confronted some Black drug dealers). And this routine resonates with other white supremacists who are impressed to see how certain other white supremacists can “control the Negroes”.

But the only reason Tuohy is acting “tough” with random Black people is because she knows that she has  back-up in the form of white law enforcement who will more likely take the word of a white woman over any Black person (Tuohy’s father was a U.S. Marshal,so she grew up around white law enforcement).

So after the whole racist interrogation routine Tuohy imposed upon these innocent Black teens, who’s lives could have potentially been put in danger if Tuohy decided to call the police on them (which is probably what she would have done if their answer were not to her liking), she switched into the white savior role and gave the teens bus fare and food money.

After this extremely racist encounter with these innocent Black teens who were doing nothing more than minding their business that day, Tuohy decided to spin the whole situation into some type of condescending life lesson on “judging people”. And thousands of people on facebook are praising Tuohy for having such an open heart towards the down trotten coloreds.

So do you think Tuohy’s actions were racist or not?

Her actions were racist and this is the type of propaganda that the media wants. They honestly believe they are the Saviors of humanity.

    1. melissa says:

I think that calling her a white supremacist is way to far and wonder what Michael Oher would think of her being called something so horrific. I’m a young white woman and I have black friends. I do not think this makes me a wonderful white human being because I LET myself love people who do not share my color. I believe she thinks what she is doing is good but I also believe that the movie has given her a big head however, you can’t coach a young boy in an interview and start talking about her father being a US Marshall, she never threatened these boys. Perhaps she goes over board because her eyes were closed before she met Michael. None of us are perfect but this man giving the interview is coaching a young boy into calling someone a racist. It’s just ridiculous because as white people, are we damned if we do our dammed if we don’t? White police officers that go to far make the rest of us look bad for the horrible things they do! This man giving the interview makes back people full of rage and stir things up until they look like something that was sheer embellishment. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard people say…ALL people that they did this and they did that for someone. The bible says to to it in silence, don’t go boasting about it and building yourself up. That’s all I think she’s guilty for. She thinks herself a star, and the young man was a little star struck himself he admits and that he thought the photo would be cool so he could show ask his friends! Lets stick to true racism not vanity, they are different… Love to all❤

Christ in heaven women reread you comment and SIT THE F*CK DOWN

  2. Arzell says:

This reminds me of the very first Tariq Nasheed podcasts i ever listened to: the one discussing Fake White Liberals and how they will always smile at you, happy to give you a helping hand AS LONG as you are constantly in a state of need from them!

  3. lisa says:

just looking at the picture, those two guys look so uncomfortable 🙁 they should have told her to f**k off, got up and left. on the other hand, she could easily call the police, make up some lie, and the both of them would have been dead. this whole this pisses me off

  4. JaccTrippa says:

white women been wilding hard AF since Mike Brown got killed, and got extra turnt up on Tamir Rice, if you watch these comment sections.
i got a feeling its gone be bad for black people next year, and they know something we dont.

  5. Hassan Jones says:

Yes that was racist and common !

  6. Rob says:

The bus fare and food was given so they can go away!

  7. Daniel says:

Yeah with the lynchings going on like in the case of Lennon Lacy…These young black folks acquiesced out of knowing the system..and knowing that within an instant their lives could be ruined or taken from them..folks we have to get a code of conduct, one that protects us from those in the dominant society. .you see how quick she was propped up to get her shine and accolades? …I think she wants to be some sort of white spokesperson for racism even though her actions demonstrate the very system of racism white supremacy, that she allegedly is against. .

  8. Nox says:

She’s a store owner, not your mom or a relative. They were minding their own business and hadn’t even done anything wrong to be “investigated.” If it had been two Caucasian females or males, a couple of businessmen, or cops, or whoever she would have probably gotten told to butt out of their private conversation. It’s nice that she helped them out, but being nosy just because you see two black teens talking to each other isn’t that far off from following a black person around the store because you think they’re going to steal something.

  9. speakinyourmind says:

Sooooo let me get this straight shes fighting racism by interrogating too black youths whom the person with her profiled as being up to no good simply becuase they are black…RIGHT!!!!

If she really wanted to “fight racism” she would have checked the person with her for assuming they were up to no good in the first place.

  10. David says:

Also consider the “quality” of the company she keeps. What made her friend so suspicious of these two youngsters to such an extent where she finds it necessary to state, “I bet they are up to no good”?? Looks to me that she’s very comfortable socializing with fellow racists.

I can just see what the headlines could have been–

Two Unarmed Black Teens Gunned Down by Police for Texting

  11. Ebi says:

    forced smiles….. eh eh eh..

  12. Shavon Blue says:

This is the typical so called liberal white person. White people always have to be in control.

  13. Joe Demeighn says:

You all are ridiculous. I see no racism in this situation. I don’t believe she would’ve treated any other race any differently. This article in itself is propaganda. She spoke to them as children, which they were. Anyone with intelligence would see that she’s a southern woman who acts as such. I’m old enough to remember Southern Hospitality and that’s all this was.

  14. Jason Rainey says:

Notice that she made sure she got a picture, made a big deal out of the situation and posted it up on Facebook so the world would view her as one of the “good” white people. She comes off as looking for a pat on the back and very insincere to me.

  15. Jacob says:

    Yes it was racist.
She knew she could easily call law enforcement and endanger those boys lives and you can tell by the look on their faces they knew it too.

And she obviously tried to spin it into a white savior situation in order to save face.

    Sick..

  16. Rhashadism says:

…once again, the cynicism of white supremacy.

  17. Anonymous says:

You know what they say — “assuming makes an ass out of you and me”..

And thats what y’all are doing. She talked to them to teach her friend a lesson, not because she actually thought they were doing something. She did not demand anything, and the blind side wasn’t a ‘white savior’ movie. People twisting stories with stupid shit like that is like saying that Madea’s Family Reunion is a ‘black people’ movie. Seriously. Get your shit together. Name calling is why we’re still in this mess.

    1. Michael says:

What the hell do you mean we? you’re not fooling anyone.Everybody knows that you’re just another white person pretending to be black.take your albino ass back to stormfrnt.org

  18. Tishawn says:

I think it was a publicity stunt, but if not. Why do it and tell the world?

  19. dwayne says:

help blacks u are racist….don’t help the u still racist.
i think if she felt the need to call the cops she would..
and the way she spoke to them..that just seems like an adult talking to someone they are older than

    1. Mr. Jon says:

      Here’s an idea…

Leave us the hell alone and let us eat/walk/sleep/breathe in peace.

      How’s that for an option?

    2. Michael says:

hey dumbass, she wasn’t helping them she was using them as a publicity stunt.if they were a couple of white teens she wouldn’t have even noticed them and I can guarantee you she wouldn’t have took a picture with them and put it on her Facebook page. So yes it was
about race and she is a racist bitch..

  20. tmack says:

I really like the way this story was presented so people can see the hipocrisy in the actions of these racist that are so full of hate they don’t even see it for what it is. This is why we need a code of conduct. Those guys should have told this woman they didn’t want to share their personal information and if she wanted them to leave they would. They should have immediately called there mom or dad so backup could be on the way. And they should not have accepted anything from this lady who bullied them. These guys need to go to social media and tell how they really felt. This lady is racist like Paula dean. She is the type that will say bill Cosby raped her or any random black guy who opposes her.

  21. Jayne Autry says:

I was a high school counselor for 32 years in racially diversified schools. I TRULY believe I saw no difference in my students and I believe a lot of them would attest to that. I feel that our country is in a “can’t win” situation. I felt a few short years ago that we were so much closer to MLK’s dream than we are this year. I am afraid for ALL of us.

    1. JayBay says:

Before he died, MLK was quoted as saying with regards to integration “I think I may be integrating my people into a burning building” I always suspected there was something wrong when I was younger but now that I’ve left the country I can confirm it. I honestly don’t think white/black people are ever going to truly get along in America. Other countries I don’t think it’s a problem but the history and attitude of America with regards to race is just so poisonous that it just makes it almost impossible.

  22. MindMuscle says:

White women are just as much if not more white supremacist than white men. They just don’t have the physical strength or aggression to carry out their hatred as much as the men. Remember in the movie 12 yrs a slave, it was the wife on the plantation that had more hatred in her heart towards blacks than the actual slave master. She was the one that gave the orders to beat the slaves when the master was reluctant to do so as well as she would beat the children. They put on the “appearance” of being harmless but they are violently racist.

  23. Calvin says:

I don’t see how that was racist?

    1. MindMuscle says:

You don’t see how she went over there and blatantly harassed those young men who were not bothering anyone…You don’t see how she talked to them disrespectfully on some 1950s jim crow shhh while trying to intimidate them and flex her “superiority” over them….You don’t see how she shows off her ability to tame the “wild negro” as if they are subhuman and gave them money like you’d give a dog a milkbone…. You don’t see how she tries to exalt herself over those young men as if they are lowly savages on some Tarzan shhh…bro you need to open your eyes or go see an optometrist.

    2. recordtwist says:

I think it was racist. First off, she was extremely condescending to them. She essentially racially profiled them. When she realized she got it all wrong, she went into spin doctor mode and people ate it up.

The body language of the 2 teenagers in that photo speaks volumes.

      1. YoureWrong says:

Or maybe she just talks to loitering teenagers in condescending fashion in general ( as many adults do). And yes, they were loitering. Sitting in her restaurant and not even having enough money to order food is loitering. Chill with the extreme racist crap. She was nice to them… what I disagree with is posting it on instagram like she’s a hero.

        1. JayBay says:

Ten bucks says that if the races were reversed you’d be on here saying that the lady should’ve minded her own damn business and not go around pestering people she doesn’t know.

    3. Michael says:

I bet you never played chess and you think checkers is complicated also…some people have 20 20 eyesight and some people are blind as a bat.

  24. MindMuscle says:

Just think….Its white women like her that are teaching many of our children everyday. It makes me want to vomit…

  25. Coach K says:

    Honestly,

All of you upset and calling her racist are a huge part of why our society cannot confront the issue peacefully.

Do you not see how this media post twisted this entire story? “Jim Crowe”, “Rosa Parks”, “white supremacist” and “control the nervous”… Where does that fit in this scenario? All of you are PUPPETS to the media. They are getting exactly what they want from this. Uproar!

I am a mother and a high school basketball coach. I am also a very “tough city girl” as this journalist would say. I grew up with parents that housed homeless youth, not because of their race but their circumstances and whether we had the means to do it or not.

I am completely sickened by the outcry of “racism” towards Tuohy. She didn’t say “hey, get out of my store” or call the police. She did what any woman/mother would do in this situation. She has a good heart. She didn’t judge, she got the story, helped some youth who went to the game instead of being left out on the steets to do God knows what.

Any person that deals with youth of any color, will understand her actions. I’ve broken up fights, stopped theft and didnt turn the kids in, placed myself in similar situations when kids didn’t have money for food or bus fair and I had to DRAG that information out of them by being stern and yes, I helped them.

Everyone is carrying the anger from what has been happening, over to a situation that should be looked at as a woman helping youth and breaking the racial stereotypes.

You are all doing exactly what we are trying to stop. Let’s teach our youth of color that every white person is out to get them. That every white person is dangerous. That they should not be respectful to white adults regardless of the situation and that they should FEAR the WHITE MAN!!

Her post to social media wasn’t for a pat on the back. It was to show how people can quickly judge and change what looks like a threatening situation into what it is, non threatening.

Hate and racism will never die because of people like all of you…

    You have my support Tuohy.

    1. cylde says:

      Realistically

“All of you upset and calling her racist are a huge part of why our society cannot confront the issue peacefully.” your a white women trying to deflect the situation and turn it around , mike brown wasn’t confronted peacefully , neither tamir rice , trayvon martin or eric gadner .
But stating this clear white supremacist women is flexing her white privilege is the problem , your delusional. .
“I am also a very “tough city girl” ” this say it all is , is this some kind of joke i think your the one whose a puppet to the media .
“instead of being left out on the steets to do God knows what.” your implying those to young boys were up no good or thugs as you people like to put it .
“Any person that deals with youth of any color, will understand her actions.” don’t speak for other people because that’s a lie what you said .
“woman helping youth and breaking the racial stereotypes.” the only racial stereotypes are the ones your trying to impose on two young black teens mind their own businesses. If I had kids I wouldn’t teach them to respect people like you because you don’t deserve respect I teach to mind out for morons like you .
“looks like a threatening situation into what it is, non threatening.” can you explain how this was looked as a threatening situation

    2. Peter says:

The story starts with her friend saying “I bet they are up to no good”. What is her friend basing that statement on other than race? Does she say that about every teenager she sees?

And if she hangs with people who think like that, what makes you believe she things very differently? How many people do YOU socialize with that have a vastly differently opinions on such matters

    3. recordtwist says:

Out of all the statements in your absurd rant, I found this statement hilarious.

“Hate and racism will never die because of people like all of you…”

Racism won’t die not because of the following:

Police targeting and killing black youth
      Creating concentrated pockets of poverty
Cointelpro interfering with black movements of the ’60’s and ’70’s
      Dumping pollutants in black neighborhoods
War on drugs that specifically targets blacks, making blacks 14 times more likely to get locked up for drug related crimes even though we don’t sell or use drugs more than whites
Creation of a permanent underclass due to above war on drugs
Sustained propaganda campaign by the media painting blacks as thugs, criminals, rapists, and wife beaters.
Voiding portions of the voting rights act
The constitutional rights of blacks not being respected

Nope, it’s not that according to you. Racism won’t die not because of systematic white supremacy, but because we call you out.

      Got it.

      1. Mr. Jon says:

Common white supremacist drivel… Yea, racism is alive because we’re having a discussion on a website. Got it! -_-

    4. Mr. Jon says:

“She did what any woman/mother would do in this situation.”

Harassing RANDOM people? That’s what any woman would do? What planet do you live in?

    5. Michael says:

what all do respect you are so full of shit is coming out ears.”hate and racism will never die because of people like you”?so black people fighting against white supremacy is the reason that we’re getting slaughtered in the street in the perpetrator getting away scot free?I feel for the inner city kids that you had control of, they probably would have been better off being homeless then being kept as black pets by undercover white supremist.

    6. ALABAMA says:

WHY CAN”T WE AS PEOPLE , JUST CAN”T BE HUMAN ? WHY/ WHAT DO WE DO WHEN YOUR PARENTS ONE OF EACH COLOR. WHO DO I TRUST, IS IT THE MAN BECAUSE HE IS DAD ? IS IT MOM ? BECAUSE SHE IS A WOMAN ? BECAUSE I DON”T KNOW WHICH…………..COLOR . ALL I KNOW THAT I’VE BEEN TAUGHT TO RESPECT ALL PEOPLE. AND TO LOVE…………………………………….

  26. jeaneane says:

Smh. Yes it was. I hope they never go back to her store.

  27. hoophoophoot says:

This is FROM THE GUY IN THE PHOTO: ” Yeah like people don’t know what really happened because I actually had money I have a job and have had one for over a year I was gonna pay for my brother the other guy in the picture but he was insisting on waiting on his uncle but his phone was dying so we were charging it which is the reason we were in KFC in the first place and the game was only a 3 min walk up the street I don’t see why she said bus fare that kinda ticked me off a little but the way she worded it is making us seem less fortunate and that isn’t the case at all & when she came over to us she never mentioned her initial reason was because of her friends comment im just now finding that out.”

I found this repeatedly posted on fb. Don’t know where they got it from, but it seems to be this young man’s words.

    1. YoureWrong says:

So they were in a KFC, not ordering food, using their electricity to charge their phones. That is the definition of loitering. Kids loitering. If I were the owner I’d ask them why they were there too.

      1. Peter says:

Stop and interrogate for no reason, then come up with the crime after the fact.

    2. tmack says:

If you are the guy from the picture just know that we support you. This female white supremacist knew exactly what she was doing. She is now trying to flex her muscle in the most condescending way. Please understand when you are faced with this type of racism you must get away as quickly as possible. These people mean you no good. If you resisted she would have said see I knew they were up to no good and called the cops. Then god only knows what would have happened. You were in a no win situation. Just know that what goes around comes around. She will get hers. We got your back player and will continue to speak out against this hipocrisy. We don’t judge you we know the game. Keep your head up!

  28. JR says:

A white lady gave two black kids money to go see the game?? SHE MUST BE A RACIST. How is telling someone to “scoot over” racist? I think comparing that to Jim Crow laws is more than ridiculous. Honestly, this whole argument is ridiculous. And freedom papers compared to asking “what’s happening at this table?” Really??? How long did the author stare at Tuohys post before inventing these connections? Honestly people, stop looking for racism behind every social interaction and just accept that not all Caucasians are racist. In all reality, scrutinizing Tuohy in this manner is itself racism. Grow up America.

    1. Mr. Jon says:

How about white people just leave us alone in public if we don’t know you.

      Everybody wins!

      1. Michael says:

exactly…why would you go over to two teens of any race for that matter and tell them to scoot over?leave them the fuck alone ,you don’t know them you’re not their mother!

  29. Bassline says:

Yeah but sometimes you gotta whitefolk an E for effort. They are who they are.it is our responsibility to know that. She wasn’t rube or ugly. She’s just white.

  30. Bassline says:

It might be racist if you’re a psychiatrist doing a psychoanalysis of the human brain.Ok it could’ve been unintentionally racist. But on the service,NO ITS NOT

  31. tmack says:

If this was 2 white teenagers and a black woman the white kids would have thought they were about to be robbed. Given this countries history no one should approach a person of another color in a aggressive or disrespectful way period. All whites should put themselves in those kids shoes in the context of living under white supremacy and seeing blacks getting killed every day and no one is prosecuted. She was out of order and should be called out so she can check her behavior if she is not aware of how many blacks feel.

WHAT DO GOOD PEOPLE ……..DO. IT’S LIKE SEEING SOMETHING BAD HAPPENING BUT DO NOTHING BECAUSE OF COLOR . WILL WE EVER JUST BE PEOPLE ? GOOD PEOPLE.

  34. Richard says:

Listening to the recording it appears to me that the interviewer was trying to build up the situation into a racial thing. He repeatedly appears to make more of the situation. Could this be no more than someone do a good deed? From listening to the recording it wasn’t exactly interrogation it was asking questions. It seems to me people are trying to make this a racist thing when it could be as simple as a kind act.

Whilst Associate College diplomas are a great way to get started, completing your current Bachelors opens many doors to various employment opportunities, there are numerous online Bachelor Diploma Programs available by institutions like The University of Phoenix, Intercontinental University Online and Kaplan. Another thing is that many brick and mortar institutions offer Online variants of their degree programs but usually for a significantly higher charge than the institutions that specialize in online qualification plans.
