SAN JOSE, CA — In 2013, a Melanoid college student by the name of Donald Williams Jr. was brutally beaten by his college roommates–three white men. The incident occurred during the fall semester of 2013 when Williams was forced down by Logan Beaschler, Joseph “Brett” Bomgardner, and Colin Warren, and fastening a u-shaped bicycle lock around his neck, as if to simulate them capturing Williams as a slave.
During the abusive confrontation, Williams’s abusers called him “nigger”, and also ridiculed him by nicknaming him “fraction”–in reference to the old three-fifths law which recognizes Black people in this country as partially human.
The representatives of the white men implied that their clients were engaged in an excessive “prank war”, because they were “immature, insensitive, and stupid.”
Although the defendants were found guilty for misdemeanor assault on Monday of this week, they were not found guilty on more severe charges of hate crimes. The 12-person jury on hand for the two-plus week trial were comprised of six men and six women–none of who were Black.

Another young man gets the nigga wake up call. I’m sorry it had to happen this way but it happens to ALL black people at some point.

Sometimes its not a nigga wake up call, if someone is not a coon and goes to a school to further their education and is wronged by the dominant society in some racial way that is not a nigga wake up call, that is a black person who was harmed by the Dominant society but already know the danger of being an educated black and was not cooning at all.
Now a Nigga wake up call is reserved for coons who think they can coon to blend into the dominant society and be accepted only to get wronged by that dominant society and realize they are not wanted.
Sometimes I see “Nigga wake up call” being thrown around way to easily, we have to check to see if the person was an actual coon or not.
Black guys with “white friends” will eventually have this problem…depending on how close they were, I would bet they have done other acts like this before where the black dude just let it slide, or did not have the black self respect to know that what was happening to him was a form of racism white supremacy.
I bet the 3 supremacist had plenty of these stories to share and there lawyer probably used the ole…they have done things like this to him before so why is this offensive now line of making an argument.
As black men you have to stop those type of happenings for happening as soon as the white dudes try that BS. White dudes seem to always come up with a D**K joke when you are out pro forming them on the job or just out of the Blue nip all that shit in the bud as it happens.

Numerous records show that blacks simply don’t show up for their privilege & obligation of jury duty. When they do, the following happens & then there are none.
“Out of 36 potential jurors brought up for selection, there were only three black people. What’s worse, at the first chance they could, each had a hardship excuse for why they could not serve jury duty. One was a single parent with child-care issues who was unable to pay to be away from the child. Another had a restraining order hearing in family court during the anticipated days of the trial. The third had at least four excuses that he couldn’t reconcile coherently with one another, but all of which displayed a strong desire simply to not be selected.”
Let’s not get this mixed with false accusations about blacks not being selected or allowed to be the jurors.
Proof? Show us the records, just like the dominant soceity says ” we don’t have all the facts”.
